Ed was born in Rochester and was the son of Ignatius and Maria (Czarnecka) Zavacki. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, serving in Germany. Ed worked as a lithographer for Conolly Printing in Rochester for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family at his cottage on Guffin Bay in Dexter, NY.
Services were held privately. Interment was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush. Arrangements are by Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., Bloomfield. Condolences may be offered at www.johnsonkennedy.com.
