Edward T. Zerrenner
Ed was born and raised in New York City. In 1960 he moved to Carlstadt, New Jersey. He resided in the northeast until retiring to Smyrna, DE.
Loving husband and best friend to first wife Ellen (nee Kane) for 32 years, loving father of their children Christine Zerrenner O'hara & husband John Patrick; Scott Zerrenner & wife Stephanie and Granddogs. He was a loving husband and best friend to his second wife Mary (nee Lesser) for 19 years, his four step-children & seven step-grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Fran Clark (nee Cannon), brothers Tom, John and Robert Zerrenner.
Preceded in death by his sister Mary Bishop (nee Zerrenner) and his parents Edward and Ellen (nee Cannon) Zerrenner.
He retired from Texaco where he worked as an Aviation Engineer. Ed had a strong work ethic and was definitely considered a hard worker. Ed loved going to the beach on LBI, watching college football and baseball. He will be sadly missed by family and friends who affectionately called him "The Duke".
