Malcolm Raymond Innerarity

Malcolm R Innerarity born on December 31st, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York passed away peacefully on March 24th, 2026 in the comfort of his home in Clayton, Delaware.

A loving husband, Malcolm leaves behind his beloved wife, Debra Innerarity, a pillar of support and partnership through a lifetime of memories. Though predeceased by his son Michael, his legacy is carried on through his children Matthew, Kim Renaud, Christopher, David, Andrew, Bryan, and Emaline, and grandchildren Anthony, Jack, Maddy, and Katie all of whom have been touched by his wisdom, humor, and unconditional love.

A proud NYPD officer, Malcolm dedicated his life to the safety and well-being of the people of New York. His bravery and integrity were surpassed only by the warmth he carried within. This commitment to serving others was evident even before his time with the police force, as he honorably served our nation in the United States Air Force. His valor and patriotism remained at the core of his character throughout his life.

Colleagues, friends, and family alike would recount tales that showcased Malcolm's unique wit and sense of humor, which never failed to brighten the days of those around him.
