Edwin T McNeely, 86 of Camarillo, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, March 28, 2023.
Ed was born on January 09, 1937, in San Francisco, California and was a resident of Ventura County for over 60 years. Ed was a barber for over 64 years. He owned and operated many Barber shops in Ventura, Camarillo, California, and Prescott, Arizona. He enjoyed getting to know all his customers, as they shared stories about life events. He was very proud to be a U.S. Veteran and serving in the Air Force from 1954-1958.
He loved spending time with his wife (Linda), his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing cards with his best friend-Gene or Debra, Mark, or Vin. Very much-loved water i.e. oceans, pools, lakes, rivers, and streams. He also enjoyed camping, traveling, dancing, going on cruises and attending church with either his wife (Linda) or his children.
He is survived by his Wife - Linda Romano; Children - Debra Hawley (Shawn) Mark McNeely (Mary Jo) Brenda McNeely, Vin McNeely; Stepson - Todd Wright; Stepdaughter-Cynda Perez Sister - Janet Ingebretsen (Tom) Brother's- John King (Lynn) Howard King (Michelle) Grandchildren-Amber (David), Justin, Trever (Monica), Lexi, Ven, Jessica and Eric; Great- grandchildren- Khloe, Jakob, Jordan Jr, Anthony, Aaliyah, Bella, Alahnna, Brooklyn, Maverick, Arabella; Nieces and Nephews - Eric, Stephanie, Justin, Spencer, Krystle, Louie, Shari; Cousins - Vickie, Gabrielle
He was preceded in death by his mother - Grace King; Father - Irvin McNeely; Brothers - Harley King, Irvin McNeely Jr; Sister in-law - Dixie King; Granddaughter- Ashley Lynch.
You will be in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, Dad,

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023. At The Lighthouse Church, 8699 Henderson Rd, Ventura, Ca 93004 at 11am.
Arrangements are under the direction of the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, Ventura.
