Edwin Rosero

We warmly invite you to join us in honoring the life of Edwin Rosero on December 19th at 11 a.m. at the Darling-Fisher Chapel in Campbell, Ca. Edwin passed away at the age of 88 on December 8th, 2025 in his home in San Jose, lovingly surrounded by his family and his two faithful dogs.

Dad came from humble beginnings in Quito, Ecuador where he served as a marine, journeyed to the United States, and worked incredibly hard, taking pride in even the simplest of tasks. He owned his own restaurant in Manhattan, became a top car salesman in New Jersey, and later found joy as a Spanish-English medical and legal interpreter in California until Parkinson's changed his path. Even after his diagnosis, he remained as brave as ever, pushing himself hard and staying strong for his family, especially his beloved wife. They partnered and loved each other through hardships, successes and failures for 65 years and she will miss him dearly.

He was an extraordinarily kind, generous, and a humble man who began each day thanking God- his "jefecito," as he lovingly called Him then praying for each of us. He adored his family deeply.

Edwin is survived by his wife Maria, his two daughters and son-in-law, four grandchildren, grand son-in-law, and great grandson as well as four remaining siblings.
