Born in Brooklyn, New York, Eileen was the eldest of five children of Edward and Rita Lowney. She grew up surrounded by the love of her siblings - Edward, Jane, William and Thomas - and carried that same spirit of devotion and care throughout her life. Eileen received her education at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where she began a lifelong journey grounded in faith, compassion, and service to others. Eileen was known for her warmth, strength, and quiet resilience. She built a life centered on family, love, and community. Whether hosting holiday gatherings, offering a listening ear, or showing up in small, thoughtful ways, she touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Robert Feehan, and together they built a home filled with love, laughter and deep devotion to family. She was a dedicated mother, caring friend, and a quiet source of strength to all who knew her. An avid reader, Eileen found comfort and inspiration in the written word. She often reminded those around her of her favorite saying : ''This too shall pass'' - a reflection of her grace and resilience in the face of life's challenges. She is survived by her children, Robert, Stefanie and Sean and her grandchildren, Christopher, Marissa, Jordyn, Alexandra, Olivia, Robert and Kylie, who will forever cherish her memory and the example she set. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home for Funeral at 28 Eltingville Blvd. Staten Island, NY. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph - St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, 6097 Amboy Road, Staten Island, New York 10309 followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave., Staten Island NY 10309. Eileen's love, quiet strength, and gentle spirit will be remembered always.
