Ricky Leroy Feehan, 67, of Ionia, born to Leroy and Marilyn (Stilwell) Feehan on 12.24.1958 passed away peacefully on 12.31.2025. Ricky was a deeply loved Husband, Father, Papa, Brother and Friend to many. He was a lifelong resident of Ionia and avid Detroit Lions fan. Ricky loved his community, known as a generous and compassionate businessman. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, service and love that will be felt for generations.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Marilyn Feehan, Mother-in-law Adeline Starks and Father-in-Law, Howard Warden.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Onnette (Starks) Feehan, with whom he shared 45 years of love, partnership and devotion. He was a proud and devoted Father to his 3 daughters, Marilyn (Ben) Cummings, Kara Feehan, Ashley (Todd) Piselli. He was a cherished Papa to his 4 beloved grandchildren, Danica Cummings, Hudsen and Sophie Piselli, and Alora Vasquez Feehan who brought him endless pride and happiness. He was deeply loved by his siblings, Toni (Ciff) Allen, Melody (Mark) Feehan, Tracy (Steve) Hodgkins, Scott (Toni) Feehan, and Lisa Becker and an extended family who forever treasure him. His special friends, Randy & Deb Anderson and Conrad & Kristine Campbell.

Throughout his life, Ricky was known for his generosity and his commitment to giving back to the Ionia community. He built a successful construction business, where he not only created structures but also built lasting relationships. By using his God given gift and skills, he served countless families with care and believing that he was made to help others. He was a man who showed up for people, with his hands, his time and his big heart earning the respect and love of all who knew him.

Services to honor and celebrate Ricky's life will be held on January 17th at Revival Church. The visitation is from 11 am - 1 pm followed immediately with a celebration of life and luncheon after. Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. All who knew and loved him are welcome to attend and share in remembering his legacy. To honor him at the services, please join us to wear your favorite Detroit Lions gear.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Zion Food Pantry in Ricky's name.

We seen Rick about a month ago.
He will be greatly missed my his family and friends. Loved by the community and was involved with all events.
