Eileen M. Slike passed away peacefully on April 16, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on September 2, 1929, in Louisville, Ohio, Eileen spent her life nurturing her family and serving others, creating a legacy of kindness and dedication.
Eileen was known for her warm heart and selfless spirit. She was an active volunteer at Richville United Church of Christ, where she shared her faith and compassion with others. Additionally, she generously contributed her time to the Perry Grange and was a dedicated member of the Happy Home Makers of Louisville, Ohio, fostering connections and friendships that enriched the lives of many.
She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Estella Unkefer, husband Frank Slike, and siblings Hilda Baylor, Lela Werthheimer, and Ray Unkefer. She is survived by daughters Gail Sterling and Deborah Royse, grandchildren Leslie (Scott) Malone and Mark (Paula) Irwin, great grandchildren Rachel (Adam) Prokopchuk, Myrissa Irwin, Kaylie Irwin, and Vince Norman, and great great-grandchildren Sophia and Avalyn.
Private family services will be held with Pastor Will Stuart officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Richville United Church of Christ 6125 Richville Dr SW, Navarre, OH 44662.

The funny & always smiling great Aunt! We will miss this beautiful and very classy lady! We´ll miss her smile and kind words! Our heartfelt condolences to the entire family, especially to Gail and Debbie. Eileen will be missed!
