Eileen Agnes Wood, 85-year-old South Coffeyville resident, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025, at home. She was born on July 23, 1939, in Indiana to Dale and Helen (Zimmerman) Sanders.
After graduating from high school, Eileen attended Beauty College and worked for many years as a beautician. She enjoyed her clients and made many long friends over the years.
Eileen is survived by her children, Diana Hartness (Mike) of Muskegon, Michigan, Wayne Lee Wood (Eliesha Fink) of Nowata, Steve Northrup (Kathy) of Logansport, Indiana, and JoMyla White (Tim) of Spearsville, Indiana; step-daughter Tammy Prather (Bobby) of Martinsville, Indiana; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Faith Watson, Betty Haley, Esther Myers; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph “Woody” Wood; her parents; and brothers, Arthur Dale Sanders, Gary Sanders, Darryl Sanders, and Kenneth Sanders.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., in the Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel.
