Eily Ryan Trader

May 3, 2024 ~ July 29, 2025

Eily Ryan Trader, 1, Marion, passed away at 4:00 pm on Tuesday July 29, 2025, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. She was born in Muncie, Indiana, on Friday May 3, 2024 to Mark and Taylor (Cummings) Trader.
From the time she was born, Eily's favorite person in the world was her big sister, Robyn. Her face lit up with her ear to ear smile, every time she saw her. She quickly became known to all of us as our sweet "Smiley Eily". Her nearly constant smiles brought so much joy to us all. Eily was a Mommy's baby through and through. She loved her milkies and Mommy cuddles. She loved to kiss everyone goodbye and especially give her Daddy his goodnight kisses and hugs. Her sweet, goofy personality blossomed over time. She ran through the house and loved being chased by her sister and cracking up laughing. She started talking so early and said so many precious words we will never forget. That little girl was fearless. She loved climbing on everything, being hung upside down, swung around, wrestled with, tossed on beds or bean bags, sliding and swinging at the park, and taking buggy rides with her papaws. She loved to brush her hair and even pretended to spray on detangler. Her favorite things were "ba-bas", eating, swimming, taking baths, putting on her "toos". There really wasn't anything the girl wouldn't eat, but she especially enjoyed her blueberries.

The love we all have for her is endless and immeasurable. She is and will forever be so missed.
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Mark and Taylor Trader of Marion; big sister, Robyn Trader; and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive visitations from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, IN.
Immediately following the visitation, a service to celebrate Eily's life will begin at 3:00 pm with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating.
