Ela was born in Allahabad India and moved to the United States in 1961. She loved physical fitness, her passion and profession until she took the position of Director of Commuity Development in Garfield Heights.
She joined State Government the 1980's as Account Executive for the State of Ohio.
She was an avid Gardner as well as a Designer.
