Elaine Higgins Obituary
Born on September 16, 1949 in Queens, NY, she was a shining light in our family. She was known for her infectious smile and her dedication to her family and friends. She instantly made friends with anyone and everyone, and easily became a favorite to a lot of people because of her caring, kind and humorous attributes.
Her spirit will forever be in our hearts.
She is survived by husband (of 52 years) John, daughter Barb (Lori), and son Patrick (Jaimie) and grandson Aiden.
Thank you for being the best wife, mom, grandma, aunt and friend! We all love you!
Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 at River Hills United Methodist Church, 11100 River Hills Dr., Burnsville, MN 55337 with Visitation at 10:00 AM and Service at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be provided after the service.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that attendees bring stuffed animals, because she absolutely adored stuffed animals. The family will donate the stuffed animals to local hospitals.
