Elaine E Wirth

Elaine Elizabeth Wirth (Enes), passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 29th, 2026 in Spanish Fork, UT.

Elaine was born on November 12 1948, in Lovell, Wyoming to Ken & Bettee Enes. She spent most of her life in Wyoming. She married her high school sweetheart, Steve Wirth and raised four beautiful daughters, April, Maylee, Laurel, and Sarah. Their home was filled with love, laughter and lots of estrogen. In their later years they moved to Payson, UT to be closer to family.

As a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Elaine lived a life rooted in faith, service, and love toward others. She was known for her bubbly, joyful spirit and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. She was an incredible cook, a talented piano player, and nurturer of young children. She enjoyed running a home daycare and adored the babies entrusted in her care.

Elaine is preceded in death by her sweetheart, Steve Wirth and daughters, April Hornbeck, and Sarah Borrego as well as many other cherished family members. Elaine’s life was centered around love—love for her family, her faith, and the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and cherished forever!

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3rd at 2 pm in the Byron chapel with a viewing one hour prior.
