Eldon Chronister

Eldon Chronister, 52, of Willamina, Oregon passed away Tuesday, January 27th, 2026.

A native of Reedsport, Oregon, he was the son of Phillip Reynolds and Sharla Holmes.

He was an intelligent man who could fix anything. Eldon worked as a Production Technician for many years, during which time he helped his employer to save over one million dollars a year on production by developing improved manufacturing methods and processes.

He believed in God. He loved music, the outdoors, and spending time with family; his kids and grandchildren were his life. Eldon was a man of few words who loved to laugh and to make others laugh as well.

Eldon was preceded in death by his mother, Sharla Reynolds.

Survivors include his children, Kionna Christine of Klamath falls, Zachary Chronister of Sheridan, Chaz Chase-Chronister of Cottage Grove, Mikayla Chronister of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Sharla and Savanna Chronister of Sheridan, Oregon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, his father, Phillip Reynolds of Klamath Falls, and his siblings, Cherith Robison of Oregon City, Terrent Chronister of Willamina, and Justin Collins of Salem Oregon.
