Elenor Lorenz

Elenor Lorenz was born Elenor Lena Novian to parents Edward and Ida Novian in Fredericksburg, Texas on February 3rd, 1929. She peacefully passed on September 18, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 96. She married her late husband, Clayton Lorenz, on July 26, 1952. They celebrated 45 years of marriage at the time of his passing. She was a wife and stay-at-home mother to their daughter until she was older. She sewed all of her daughter's clothes all the way through high school. Elenor was an excellent seamstress. She then went to work for Harlandale ISD in one of the school cafeterias until she retired after 26 years of service. Elenor was liked by everyone. If you needed help, she was always there to offer a helping hand. She loved working in her yard, and it showed because her yard was always green, thick and beautiful. She also planted tomatoes and bell pepper plants every summer and her plants always produced an abundant harvest. She definitely had a green thumb. Mrs. Lorenz leaves behind her daughter, Janet Lothringer, Son-in-Law Arthur (Bubba) Lothringer, Grandsons Brad Lothringer and Craig Lothringer. They will miss her very much. At the request of Elenor Lorenz, a private service was held for her. Her burial was at Mission Burial Park South.
