Funeral for Eleonore (Crickett) Herrin 67, of Fletcher will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Fletcher First Baptist Church with the Rev. Cody Howard officiating.
Crickett passed away January 31st, 2026, at her home surrounded by family and friends.
She was born January 19th, 1959, in North Carolina to Irma Hentzler and Thomas J Bennett Jr.
She attended Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Oklahoma and graduated with the class of 1977.
She married her best friend, the love of her life Todd, on November 5th, 1986. Their marriage was a beautiful example of devotion, a partnership with unwavering support, and unconditional love that carried them through every season of life.
She leaves behind her husband of the home, Todd, her 3 daughters: Ryan Ivy and husband Zane, Tracie Zeller and husband Chris, Jamie McNeill and husband Rickey, 1 son, Hunter Herrin and fiancé Larken, and one very special daughter-in-law, Ashley Herrin.
11 Grandchildren: Brooklynne Youngstedt and husband Chisim, Triton Ivy, Kage Zeller and fiancé Brianna , Houston Herrin, Thatcher Zeller, Luke McNeill, Trell Ivy, Wyatt McNeill, Paylen Glover and Tatum Glover.
1 Brother, Harold Bennett and wife Joyce, 2 sisters: Marion Bryan, Jessie Cole and husband Cary. 2 brothers-in-law: Burt Herrin, Dick Herrin and wife Claudia. 1 sister-in-law Cari Holden and husband Billy.
27 nieces and nephews: Mandi Wilson and husband Jayson, Minna Taylor and husband Jeff, Hayden Herrin and wife Ashley, Daniel Herrin and wife Allison, Steven Herrin and wife Jeanette, Becky Mazza and husband Mike, Linda Young and husband Jimmy, Thomas Evans and wife Kim, Jennifer Neason and husband William, Dennis Quist, Tommy Bennett and wife Amanda, Mitzi Eneihen and husband Chad, Krystal Neil and husband Nigel, and Elijah Bennett, and many great-nieces and nephews that she absolutely loved and adored.
Special people who were not related by blood, but were family in every sense of the word: Pee Wee, Ralph, and Kris Parsons, Robin Rice, Mark Smith, Teressa Williams, Kaitlyn Kimball, Deacon Vice, Tifney DeMarcus, Todd, Wayna and Brayden Biggs, Kash Seawright, Chris Saltus, Darrell Saltus, and longtime boyfriend Nate Paras and his wife Tracy.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Irma Bennett, father and mother- in-law, Don and Delores Herrin, 3 brothers: Tommy, Eddy and Mikel Bennett, 1 sister Angie Quist, 2 nephews: Don Herrin and Billy Evans, and special friend Mark Rice.
Crickett's family kindly asks that guests not wear black to her service, unless it is marked with the Fletcher Wildcats or Apache Warriors. Crickett was a woman of many colors and a vibrant spirit. She loved the American Flag, the Kansas City Royals, and the Oklahoma Sooners. In her honor, please feel free to wear your favorite KC Royals, OU fan gear, red, white, or blue.
