Elinor Rose Colbert

Elinor Rose Colbert, 85, of Manchester, MD passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026 at her home.

Born April 23, 1940 in Keyser, WV, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Rose (née Gay) Bosley. She was the wife of the late Edward Richard Colbert, her husband of 52 years, who died in 2017.

Prior to retirement, Mrs. Colbert had worked as a production pattern maker for E & A Tailoring. She was a member of Millers United Methodist Church. She enjoyed ceramics, cross stich, needlepoint, and homemaking.

Surviving are her daughter, Kelly Braitsch of Manchester, MD; stepdaughter, Kimberly Naylor of Middle River, MD; grandsons, Gerald Bloom, Jay Braitsch, and Joey Braitsch; granddaughter, Amy Braitsch; nine great-grandchildren; brother, David Bosley of Keyser, WV; and sister, Cindy Wilford of Little River, NC. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a grandson, James Bloom and a brother, Mandel Bosley.
