Elisa Ann Spivey

Elisa Ann Spivey, a cherished resident of Franklin, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27th, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on January 9th, 1965, in her beloved hometown of Franklin, Elisa lived a life filled with love, family, and a passion for caring for animals.

Elisa was a proud graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School. She was known for her warm heart and her deep affection for her dog, Baby Boy Case, who was her constant companion.

Elisa is survived by her two devoted daughters, Bethany Jones and Leigh Ann Jones, along with Leigh Ann's partner, Derek Michels, all residing in Franklin, KY. She was the proud grandmother of three grandchildren, Angela and Hunter Hall, and Nova Jones, who were the light of her life. Elisa also leaves behind her sister, Sandra Barnett, of Summit, NJ, and her loyal pet, Baby Boy Case.

She was preceded in death by her father, Pete Barnett; her mother, Mary (Carpenter) Bilbrey; her stepfather, Bobby Bilbrey; and her two husbands, Thomas Jones and Thomas York.

Elisa's wishes were to be cremated, a memorial visitation will be held at Gilbert Funeral Home in Franklin, KY, on Monday, March 2nd, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Elisa Ann Spivey will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her compassion for animals, and her enduring spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
