Elisabeth Nadine Bixler, born September 18, 1998, in Rawlins, Wyoming, passed away on February 18, 2024, in Rawlins, Wyoming. She was known for her humor, artistic talents, loving nature, and infectious laughter and her serious love of tacos.

Elisabeth will be deeply missed. She is survived by her father, Joel Bixler, her mother, Tina Bixler, her brothers A.J. Bixler, Nephi Bixler, Samuel Bixler, Austin Tomacelli, and her sisters Dorothy (Caleb) Simnitt, Tiffany Tomacelli, Jessica Bixler, and Serephina Tomacelli Elisabeth loved being around her two nieces Emily and Leilani Simnitt anytime she could. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ or Latter Day Saints, where she found joy in worship . Elisabeth enjoyed art, running, and playing games in her free time. She loved competing in Special Olympics, earning a plethora of medals and awards.
Memorial Services for Elisabeth will be held at the LDS church in Rawlins, Wyoming. Saturday, February 24th.The viewing will take place from 10 am to 11 am, followed by the funeral service.


The service will be live streamed online and will be available for 90 days following the service.

Elisabeth's presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
