Eliseo Carrisales, affectionately known as "Alex," departed this life on November 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy woven through the hearts of those who knew and loved him deeply. Born on October 23, 1961, Eliseo embraced his years with a spirit full of enthusiasm and warmth, brightening the lives of many during his tenure as a Receiving Coordinator for U.S. Foods. His remarkable dedication and work ethic were matched only by his zest for life and the passions that fueled him.
Residing in Lubbock, Texas, until his final breath in the comfort of his home, Eliseo found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was not only a devoted family man but also a person whose interests painted the vibrant tapestry of his identity. An ardent supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and a lover of motorcycles and classic cars, Eliseo reveled in the camaraderie these passions fostered among friends and fellow enthusiasts. He took pride in his Texas Longhorns, sharing the thrill of each game and the bonds created through shared victories and defeats.
Eliseo's heart was vast, containing the love for his spouse, Lisa Rodriquez, and the cherished memories he created with his children—Timothy Carrizales, Jacob Carrizales, Jason Carrizales, Israel Rodriquez, Chris Rodriquez, Mercedes Rodriquez, and Marissa Rodriquez. A proud grandfather, he rejoiced in the laughter and light of fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who were the apple of his eye and a source of boundless joy.
His passing leaves a significant void among his siblings, Gilbert Carrizales, Daniel Carrizales, Jesusa Deleon, Anita Martinez, and Cindy Quesada, who will carry forth his legacy of love and devotion. Their hearts will forever hold the stories of shared childhood adventures and sisterly and brotherly bonds that formed the very foundation of their family.
While Eliseo’s presence will be profoundly missed, the memories of his kindness, humor, and unwavering support will linger in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him. He is survived by countless loved ones who will gather to celebrate his life during visitation on November 10, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Venue on Broadway located in Lubbock, Texas. A funeral service to honor his journey will be held the following day, November 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Eliseo Carrisales is now reunited with his beloved mother, Margarita Carrizales, and father, Juan Romo Carrizales, along with his brothers Angel, Ray, and Jose Carrizales, and sisters Christina Mata and Maria Contreras. Though he has transitioned from this world, his spirit will remain alive in the cherished memories held by his family and friends, serving as a gentle reminder of the love he spread so abundantly throughout his life.
