Elisio was a hard worker in the construction industry. He always gave his best until the accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down over 20 years ago. His wife Arminda lovingly cared for him; their time together was a blessing. He was an avid Nascar and soccer fan, Sporting was his favorite team. He never missed watching a race or a game. Family was very important to Elisio; his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews meant the world to him.
Elisio leaves to honor his life and cherish his love and memory besides his wife Arminda, his daughter Melissa Ramadan and her husband Eko of Plantsville and his son Michael DaSilva of Florida and his cherished grandchildren: Eko and Gisele Ramadan and Mercedez DaSilva of Georgia. He also leaves his sisters: Maria (Jose) Rosa of Naugatuck, Fernanda Silva, Clementina Silva, Edite (Raimundo) Silva and brother Alfredo (Francelina) Silva all of Portugal as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.
Elisio's funeral mass will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 12:30pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church 2071 Baldwin St., Waterbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. All are invited to gather at Prospect Memorial/ The Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Rd., Prospect at 11:30am. Procession to church will leave the funeral home at 12pm.
