She was born in Glasgow, Scotland and came to this country in 1973 living in Wanamassa and Ocean Township most of her life.
She was a seamstress Liberty Laundromat in Ocean Township before retiring.
She was predeceased by her parents, James and Bridget Baxter and a sister, Christina Hutchison.
Surviving is her husband of 69 years, Joseph; 5 children, Anne Sheerin and her husband Robert, Christina Coppola and her husband Richard, Steven, Joseph and Mary and Gerald; daughter-in-law, Susan, Dusty and sister, Martha Burns; grandchildren, Brendan, Kyle, Rhiannon, Nicholas, Rebecca, Rachel, Sarah, Breanna and Tina; great-grandchildren, Alison, Lorena, Eddie and Vera and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be from 3-6 pm Thursday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch. For condolences, please visit www.fiorefuneralhomes.com. Kindly omit flowers.
