Elizabeth Jane Harrington

Elizabeth "Betty" Harrington of Reedsburg, WI entered this life on May 9, 1936 to the late Lynn and Sarah Yourdon. She passed away at Reedsburg Senior Life center with family by her side on October 27, 2022. She was united in marriage to David R. Harrington in November of 1965. The couple had enjoyed a blessed and devoted union of 42 years until David's passing.
She loved crocheting, watching her soaps, shopping, keeping up with family on social media and spending time with family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her everything.
Survivors include her children: Mary Egelston of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, Lisa Luchkiw of Colorado, and Warren Harrington of Indiana and his wife Erin Harrington ; her grandchildren: Brandy McCabe, Amanda Egelston, David Egelston, Addyson Harrington, Alexander Harrington, Catherine Harrington and great grandchildren; her sister Beatrice Shaddon; also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
A graveside service honoring Betty's life will commence on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 11:30AM at Calvary Cemetery in Herkimer. Local arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors.
