Elizabeth Howe Hartman, 86, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Fahrney-Keedy Nursing Home, Boonsboro, MD, with her loving son Andrew by her side.

Born on March 2, 1939 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter off the late Mary Elizabeth (Baker) and Theodore Roosevelt Rowan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a Sister, Patricia (Joan) Martin, and a Brother, Clarence (Larry) Rowan.

Elizabeth was a member of the South Hagerstown High School Class of 1957. After high school, she moved to Washington DC and took a job as a bookkeeper while pursuing a career in modeling. Later in life, Elizabeth was employed at Richardson's Family Restaurant, Goodwill Industries and Ron's Deli, all in Hagerstown, MD.

She is survived by her sons, Todd S. Lucas of The Villages, FL; and Andrew J. Androsky of Martinsburg, WV; Grandchildren, Matthew R. Lucas, Molly C. Lucas, and T. Scott Lucas, Jr.; Brother, Ronald R. Rowan; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
