Cherishing the life of Liz are her two daughters, Terry M. Clingerman and fiance Charles Westfall of Volga and Theresa J. Hicks of Jane Lew, one foster daughter, Michele Jamison-Hicks of Jane Lew, two grandchildren Joshua R. Hicks and James C. Fogg, six great grandchildren, Paige Lee Fogg, Courtney Fogg, Ashlynn Fogg, David Lockhart , Phillip Jamison-Hicks and Charles Jamison-Hicks. Her memory will also be fondly remembered by her siblings Fredrick Bleigh of Hookstown, PA and EdgarL. Bleigh of Weston, several nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her faithful companion (Dog), Shadow.
Liz was a glassworker for Lewis County Glass and Mason Glass and also worked as a cook at the Old Jane Lew Truck Stop. She was an avid Reader and enjoyed Westerns on TV. She was a Methodist by faith. Liz's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family said that when her grandkids were with her no one or anything else mattered. Family and friends will miss her smile and personality.
Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. and Sunday September 28, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Andrew King officiating. Interment will follow services in the Friendship Cemetery of Berlin Community, WV. Online condolences and life stories in memory of Liz maybe expressed at hardmanfamilyfuneralhome.com.
