Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Kozul, 93, of Upper Macungie Twp., passed away peacefully Saturday, May 24, 2025 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Peter Paul Kozul who died March 16, 2021. Betty was born in Allentown on April 14, 1932 to the late Ralph and Anna (Sedler) Hittinger. She worked for the former Western Electric and then for Lehigh Valley Child Care for many years until retiring. In addition to her professional life, Betty took great pride in her home. She was a talented homemaker, known for her skillful sewing and cooking. Betty was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Bethlehem.
Survivors: daughters: Nan Kozul and her wife Barb Baus of Upper Macungie, Michele Isidoro and her husband Arlindo of Nazareth, Karen Figueroa and her husband Chubby of Bethlehem Twp.; grandchildren: Ashley Figueroa, Nathan (Sarah) Figueroa, Krista Isidoro, AJ (Melanie) Isidoro; great grandson: Timothy "Juni". Predeceased by her brothers: Charles and Donald; beloved golden retriever, Buddy.
Services: Family and friends are invited to her visitation 10-11am Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem followed by a service at 11am. The inurnment will conclude services at the Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Online condolences may be offered at www.connellfuneral.com
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Luke's Hospice, 240 Union Station Plaza, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
