Robert Kendy, 76, passed away on August 13, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born on October 2, 1948, in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Paul and Margaret (Dezso) Kendy.
Robert Kendy graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. His time there sparked a lifelong love for Penn State Football, a hobby that he shared with his son, Ryan. Robert honorably served his country during Vietnam in the United States Army. Robert was also employed for over 50 years at Radio Shack as a Sales Associate. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching the Red Sox baseball games. Robert was also extremely proud of his Hungarian decent, often celebrating his culture with family and friends.
Robert is survived by a son, Ryan Kendy, of Bethlehem; as well as a brother, Joseph (Claire) Kendy.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by a brother, David Kendy.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
