Liz had her final Martini on her 103rd birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald and will be dearly missed by her children, Michael (Renee and son Ray), Patrick, and Mary Beth (Jack). A special thank you to our family and friends, especially our mom's niece Roberta, for their support and kindness.
She was devoted and dedicated to her profession as an Operating Room RN with 30 years at Akron General Hospital. She was on the ground floor of heart surgeries. On difficult cases the doctor would request her presence. She was intelligent and creative. She loved to cook, read and solve all types of puzzles. Especially Wonderword and Sudoku.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date. If you wish to make a donation please consider the humane society or a charity of your choice. Per her request there will be no showing, feel free to light a candle in honor of her and her husband or say a prayer.
RIP MOM.
