Marilyn Sue Albers

Marilyn Albers, 88, of Cuyahoga Falls entered into eternal rest on August 26, 2025. She was born to the late Ernest and Evelyn Alexander. She was a 1954 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. After high school Marilyn married her high school sweetheart Neil and the two shared 49 years of marriage. Marilyn and Neil accomplished many things in their 49 years, but their greatest accomplishment was their three children and grandchildren. Neil passed away in 2004 and she missed him every day until the two were reunited. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading and embracing technology brought her joy in her later years.

She was preceded in death by her son Steven Albers and grandchildren, Luke Stanovic and Maranda Craven.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Randi Stanovic and Jodi (Kyle) Sattler; grandchildren, Alexa Rush, Poe “Avery” Rush, Eric Leidecker, Erin Leidecker; many great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will take place on September 10, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, 44221.
