Elizabeth Katheryn Moore, 83, of Fort Worth, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 8, 1941, in New York to Jack and Mary Scheer.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.
Elizabeth had a passion for cooking and knitting, but above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid reader and took great pride in maintaining a warm and welcoming home.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Chuck Moore; her son, Robert Moore; her daughter, Linda Leonard; her beloved grandchildren, Michael and Nicole Elliott; and her great-granddaughter, Caroline Marie Dueling. She also leaves behind her brothers, Harold Scheer and his wife, Judy, and Charles Scheer.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents and her son-in-law, Henry Elliott.
Her love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
