Elizabeth Joe Ann Summarell

Watch the Live-Stream of the Funeral HERE.   Elizabeth JoeAnn Taylor Summarell, age 88, passed away June 13, 2023 at her home in Roosevelt , Utah. 
    She was born March 30, 1935, in Myton Utah to Leonard Guy Taylor and Jennie Roselan Herring Taylor. She married her sweetheart, Ray Summarell, November 14,1950.  Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on June 29 1964. Ray passed away January 14, 2013.  
    Together, Mom and Dad have five children: Joe (Terry); Lynn (Reta);  Terry; Cindy Moore; Lisa Jensen; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. 
    Mom loved to crochet afghans, baby blankets, baby booties, and baby dresses.  She was a great seamstress and made a lot of our clothes when we were younger.  She retired from Zions Bank. She was wild about the color pink, her favorite things to do were go for rides, spend time with her family, and watch RFD on TV.  Let's not forget Judge Judy.  And she loved her cappuccino!
    Mom is survived by her children; brother, Ken (Elaine) Taylor; and sisters, Donna Thompson & Glenda (Tony) Perea.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; her sweetheart, Ray; eight siblings; daughters-in-law, Shirley Summarell , Patty Summarell; sons-in-law, Doug Jensen, Dave Moore; grandson, Jeremy Summarell; great-grandson, Heston Summarell; and two infant grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held Monday June 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m at the Hullinger Mortuary Roosevelt, Utah with a viewing Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
and Monday from 9:30 a.m to 10:45 a.m. 
    Burial will be in the Cedar View Cemetery. The family would like to thank Canyon Hospice for the kind and loving care they gave our mother.
