Terry Dee Mecham, age 74, of Duchesne, passed away February 15, 2026, at the Rocky Mountain Lodge Care Center in Heber City, UT.
He was born April 2, 1951, in Duchesne, to Warren and Leah Cluff Mecham.
Terry worked most of his life as a welder creating wrought iron decorative fencing. He had a fondness for animals, especially his dog, “Loki.”
Terrry is survived by his children, Jessica & Jake Mecham; siblings, Kristine Terry, Linda Garland, both of Duchesne; Kent (Debbie) Mecham, Idaho; four nephews and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings Brent Mecham & Sandra Kamp.
His cremated remains will be scattered at a later date.
