Elizabeth Ann Summers, 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 20, in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on April 18, 1945, Elizabeth was the second of seven children to Albert Grundon Jr. and Mary Artner-Grundon. From an early age, she was known for her intelligence, creativity, and remarkable leadership. At just twelve years old, while attending St. Theresa Catholic School in New Cumberland, she founded the school's first-ever cheerleading squad and led it as captain-a sign of the spirited, trailblazing woman she would become.

Elizabeth attended Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, where she continued to lead with enthusiasm, distinguishing herself in both drama and art, and leaving a mark on the social and academic fabric of her school community.

Following graduation, Elizabeth pursued a career in education. She earned her teaching credentials from Immaculata College near Philadelphia and spent many years teaching seventh and eighth grade boys in Catholic schools throughout center city Philadelphia. Upon returning to the Harrisburg area, she continued her vocation with the Diocese of Harrisburg, bringing knowledge, compassion, and a vibrant presence to countless elementary-aged students.

Later in life, Elizabeth embraced new paths with characteristic boldness and creativity. She became a devoted mother to her only child, Sean, raising him with love, humor, and a sense of adventure-even as a single parent. Her life's journey took a professional turn as she built a successful career as an Interior Decorator. Eventually, she found her true calling as an Esoteric Numerologist and Medium-a vocation she described as both her passion and spiritual purpose.Through this work, Elizabeth guided many people toward healing, clarity, and peace.

Elizabeth's legacy is one of strength, warmth, spiritual insight, easy humor, and fearless reinvention.

She is survived by her beloved son, Sean, of Nevada; her granddaughter, Morgan, of Idaho; and six great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings: Teri Feidt of Washington State, Albert Grundon (and wife Dorcas) of California, and Mary Elizabeth Hammond of Pennsylvania, as well as many nieces and nephews who cherished her dearly.

In honoring Elizabeth's wishes, funeral services will be private.
