Ella Mae Krum was born on December 11, 1938, in Ogdensburg, New York, to her parents, Margaret Rumsey and Thomas Walker. She was a nurturing mother to four children: Mark, Rodney, Tonya, and Jamie. Her love for her children knew no bounds. Ella was the heart and soul of her family, and her love and guidance were the pillars upon which her children built their lives. She adored her children, and her love for them was a testament to her dedication as a mother.

A funeral service to honor Ella Mae Krum's life will be held on September 29, 2023, at Vazquez Funeral Home, 750 Uvalde Rd, Houston, TX 77015. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the service will take place from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM..
