Ella Mae Petersheim, 90, of Cumru Twp., passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Born in Reading, PA on February 8, 1934, she was a daughter to the late Herman and Anne (Leonard) Bonsall.
For 28 years, she worked as a paint liner at Hofmann Industries, until her retirement in 1997.
In her spare time, Ella enjoyed playing BINGO, challenging herself with word search puzzles, and eagerly watching her favorite game shows, cheering on contestants and trying to solve the puzzles before they did.
Ella leaves behind a legacy of love & cherished memories. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Ella's spirit will be carried on by her daughter Cindy, wife of the late Albert Ash, of Reading; her 3 sons Charles Petersheim and his wife Jean, of Fleetwood, James Petersheim and his companion Julie Johnson, of Bethel, & Brian Petersheim. She also leaves behind her sister Patricia Bowers, 7 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren to cherish her memory
In addition to her parents, Ella was preceded in death by her daughter Susan Graham; 6 Brothers, 8 Sisters and 1 Granddaughter.
A memorial gathering for Ella will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606.
