Ellen Bailey, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025, at the age of 50, in Azle, Texas, leaving behind countless cherished memories.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Ellen’s life at a funeral service at 12 p.m. on Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Tonnie May will officiate
Pallbearers will be Kyle Walker, Lionel Bseiso, Gaylon Foster, Chris Hall, & Tim Fitzmaurice.
Born on June 29, 1974, in Longview, Texas to Ronnie and Kathy (Clark) Foster, Ellen's kindness and nurturing spirit touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She graduated from Fouke High School and went on to become a beloved teacher and devoted daycare worker. Ellen was also a proud member of The Freedom Center in White Settlement. Throughout her life, she exemplified dedication, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to helping others through her work in education and childcare.
Ellen was united in marriage to her loving husband, Robert Bailey, on March 27, 1999, in Texarkana, Texas. Together, they created a beautiful family filled with love, laughter, and support. Ellen's pride and joy were evident in her roles as a wife and as a devoted mother to their daughter, Bethany Bailey.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert; her daughter, Bethany; and her loving brothers, Randale, Gaylon, and Ernie Foster. She is also the treasured daughter of Ronnie and Kathy Foster, whose love and guidance shaped the incredible woman she became.
Ellen Bailey will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness, integrity, and love will continue to inspire those she touched throughout her remarkable life.
