Elmer L. Dearborn, 82, of Corydon, Indiana, formerly of Milltown, Indiana passed from this life on June 24, 2025 at Harrison Healthcare in Corydon, Indiana. Elmer was born on February 17, 1943 in English, Indiana to the late Harry Otis and Minnie Irene (Dunn) Dearborn.

Elmer was a former employee at the stave mill in English, Indiana and a small engine repairman. He was a member of the Milltown Christian Church and enjoyed fishing and working on lawnmowers and helping others.

Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Anita Sue Dearborn, and siblings, Charles, Gilbert, Johnny, Carl, Harry Jr., Amades, George, and Roy Dearborn, Bonnie Dearborn, and Vivian Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia J. Dearborn; daughters, Robin L. Dearborn, and Lou Hill; a brother, Billie Dearborn; and grandchildren, Kody and Katie Hunt, Ashley Kennedy, Elvina Hill (Doug), Beulah Harris (Jason), and Homer Dearborn (Crystal), and too many others to mention; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana 47145. Interment will follow in the Cook-Tucker Cemetery, English, Indiana.

Visitation will be on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
