Elsie Collamore Miller, 86, died September 16, 2025 at St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor. Elsie was born March 15, 1939 in Bremen to Tilson Collamore and Rena Stover Collamore.
Elsie attended Bremen schools and graduated from Waldoboro High School in the class of 1957. Elsie began working as a teen on the family poultry farm. She later worked for H.P. Hood, and her last job at G.T.E. Sylvania in Waldoboro as a production worker until she retired. Elsie enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, cooking and music. She attended the Orff's Corner Community Church where she was a member of the choir. She was also a member of the Draft Horse and Ox Association in Maine, and served as secretary. The family would like to thank the medical personnel, hospice home care, neighbors, and friends who helped to provide care for Elsie.
Elsie was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Bruce C. Miller

She is survived by her son, Bruce T. Miller and his wife Angela of Vinalhaven
Grandchildren, Madelyn R. Miller of Vinalhaven
Dusty and Dani Hufsey of Vinalhaven
Brother, Sherel T. Collamore of Waldoboro
Brother-in-law, Barry Miller of Jefferson
Sister-in-law, Brenda Fowler and her husband Kenneth of Waldoboro
Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins
The family will honor Elsie's life privately on Vinalhaven at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, 949 Main Street, Waldoboro To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Elsie, please visit our floral store.
