Her husband, Bartholomew C. Stuart, died February 17, 2017. Elsie is survived by a cousin, Thomas Walsh from Colorado, a nephew, Thomas Stuart, from Larchmont, NY, a grandniece and nephew Dwyer Finbar Brendan and Fiona Stuart and many dear friends.
Visitation will be 3 to 5 PM on Sunday September 21 at the George J. Moylan Funeral Home Inc., 2053 Route 32, Rosendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Monday September 22 at St. Peter's Church in Rosendale. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Rosendale.

Elsie was so sweet. She always came to all our family events like wedding showers, weddings, graduation parties, etc. She is with Bart now.
