Elton Glenn Skiff

Elton Glenn Skiff (age 69) entered into rest on November 27, 2023 at Skagit Regional Hospital, Mount Vernon, WA. Elton was born on June 22, 1954 in Seattle, WA to Philip H. and Norma J. (Zimmerman) Skiff. He attended and graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1972. Elton worked in the Wholesale Auto Parts industry for 40 years retiring in 2020. He loved to play his guitar, fishing and crabbing in the Pacific Northwest. Elton had a passion for wood carving and photography. He had many personal qualities that he will be remembered for. Most of all, for his faithfulness to his family and friends. Elton was a very caring and loving man with a quirky sense of humor. On June 1, 2020 in Newark, California, Elton married Marcelle (Maggie) Skiff (Govang). He is survived by his wife, Marcelle in Oak Harbor; daughters, Lisa Kennedy of Livermore, CA, Kristina Skiff of Fremont, CA; step daughters, Amie Pederson of Concord, CA and Katie Wrinkle of Lakeland, FL; brothers, Gary (Brenda) Skiff, Brad (Karen) Skiff both of Oak Harbor, WA, and Jim (Shannon) Skiff of Wenatchee, WA; sister-in-law, Gina Bifano; grandchildren, Lucas Kennedy, Leo Kennedy, Tawny Pederson, Kylie Pederson and Kaleo King. Elton is preceded in death by his brother, Ken Skiff and Bernadette Skiff (Will) first wife.
