LUBRANO - Elvira of Huntington on August 27, 2025, at 94 years of age. Elvira was a gifted painter who was especially talented in portrait art. She enjoyed gardening, history, and her family. The devoted wife of the late Vincent Lubrano. Cherished mother of Louise (Frank), Vincent Jr. (Antoinette), Richard (Janet), and Lisa (James). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Mark, Nicole, Chloe, and Richie and a devoted great grandmother. Elvira will be best remembered for personalized poems written in calligraphy on every greeting card she sent, and her love for food. Visitation Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Service Wednesday, 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church. Interment to follow at Long Island National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in memory of Elvira to Elwood Public Library 1929 Jericho Turnpike, Elwood, NY 11731 www.bfhli.com
