Emerson Schroeder Obituary
He was born on April 14, 1923 in Bowling Green, OH to Ernest and Mamie (Wensel) Schroeder. Emerson married Norma Ziegler on August 28, 1949 in North Baltimore, OH and she survives.
He was a Glass worker for the LOF plant #4 East Broadway Northwood, OH retiring in 1982.Emerson was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church New Rochester, Freedom Post #183 and Glass Worker Local #9. He was a WWII Army Veteran.
Survivors include: Wife: Norma of Pemberville, OH, Son: Lyle (Sandra) Schroeder of Pemberville, OH, Daughters: Pamela (Allan) Wegman of Woodville, OH, Paula (Robert) Marczak of Rossford, OH, 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great grandchildren, Sisters: Riva Shanks Bloom of Bowling Green, OH, Donna Beeker of Pemberville, OH. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sister Revena Schnuth.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday August 30, 2004 at 11:00 AM from St Paul Lutheran Church New Rochester, OH where there will be additional visitation from 10:00 AM until services. Visitation will be Sunday August 29, 2004 from 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home 4094 State Route 105 Pemberville, OH. Officiating will be Rev. John Moffett. Interment will be in Fish Cemetery Pemberville, OH.
Those giving a memorial contribution may wish to consider American Alzheimer’s Association, Ohio Veteran’s Home Sandusky, OH, and St Paul Lutheran Church New Rochester, OH.
