Emil Barron Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Saul Colonial Home on Aug. 31, 2025.
Emil Barron, 70, of Hamilton Township, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025 surrounded by his loving family by his side.

Born in Hazleton, PA, Emil settled in Hamilton where he raised his family with his loving wife, Cheryl. Together they opened Barron's Automotive Inc. in Trenton in 1986. He proudly owned and operated the establishment until his passing.

In his younger years, Emil had fun racing stockcars on local dirt tracks. This hobby really paid off as it was the conduit to meeting the love of his life, Cheryl. Emil enjoyed the great outdoors and had a hobby for every season. He and Cheryl loved summers down the shore, crabbing and fishing with the family on their boat. He would find time to surf fish and enjoyed time at the beach. In the colder months you could find him hunting at Baldpate Mountain and carving his duck decoys.

Predeceased by his parents, Emil and Dorothy Barron; he is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl (Deworocki) Barron; his daughters, Dr. Lauren Barron and her husband, Matthew Drews, and Stephanie Barron and her husband, Gregory Jones; his grandson, Nathaniel; his brothers, Edward Barron and his wife, Barbara, and Michael Barron and his wife, Jacqui; his beloved dogs, Annie and Abby as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, his many friends and his daily breakfast club at the shop.

A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
