Emilio was born in Brooklyn, NY to Agnes (née Duva) and Carmine Tancredi. He was a proud Air Force veteran, and was employed with Bergen Communications of Paramus as an electronics technician, retiring in 2001.
A celebration of Emilio's life will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 4-8 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont. Interment, with Military Honors, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, 11:00 AM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 10 Serpentine Road, Tenafly, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Emilio's memory to K9s for Warriors, 114 Camp K9 Road, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081; https://k9sforwarriors.org/

Emil was a terrific guy. He was an excellent husband, kind and caring. I have such fond memories of my time at Lincoln and all the help and support Emil provided to the school and to me personally. He was always so inquisitive about how to use his computer and it's peripherals. We had many chats concerning the best way to get his equipment running without a hitch. I will surely miss my pal and appreciate having the opportunity to know both him and his lovely wife.
