Obituary of Emily S. Orlano
Emily Suszanne Orlano, 24, of Millville, NJ, passed away on January 31st at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ.
Emily was born in Vineland, NJ to Alexandria Sheldon and Joseph Orlano on June 26, 1999.
Emily attended Millville Jr./Sr. High School and graduated with honors in June of 2017. She was 13th in her class. While in high school she worked several summers for Wawa down the shore and followed with full time employment. She most recently was working at Applebee's restaurant in Vineland as a waitress. Emily loved her job and the friends she worked with.
Emily is survived by her father and stepmother, Joseph and Judy Orlano; her brother and his wife, Jeremy and Nicole Orlano; her nephew and niece, Jacen and Cecilia Orlano; her grandmother, Beverly Orlano; her aunts, Patricia Lowe, Barbara Reed, Darlene Orlano, and Candy Irizarry; her uncles, George Irizarry, and Ronald McDermott; her stepsisters, Samantha, Melissa, and Nichole; her cousins, Christopher, Shannon, Becky, Jessica, Georgia, Patty, Michele, Katie, Tiffany, Tanner and Kevin; her boyfriend, Bryan Matias; and her cats, Jeffrey and Candice.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Alexandria Sheldon; her grandfather, Robert Sheldon; her grandmother, Barbara Goodfellow; her great grandmother, Josephine Orlano; her great grandfather, Michael Orlano; her great grandmother, Joan Irizarry; her great grandfather, George Irizarry; her grandfather, Joseph (Butch) Orlano; her uncle, Michael (Rusty) Orlano; her aunts, Belinda Irizarry and Kelly Corlis; and her cousin, George Irizarry, Jr.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 6:00pm until 7:30pm, followed by a funeral service at 7:30pm, at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private.
