Mrs. Emma Locke Fish age 84 of Lebanon passed away July 22, 2025, at Centennial Medical Center. Born June 12, 1941, in Wilson County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Horace B. Locke Sr. and Mary Ethel Cox Locke. During her working career she worked as a beautician and retired from the Whirlpool Corporation in Lavergne. She was member of the Church of God Worship and Ministry Center on Hartsville Pike. She served on the Mid-Cumberland Community Action Board, the Wilson County Jail Ministry, and the State Prison Ministry. She volunteered at Joseph Storehouse and went on a mission trip to Kenya. She was fluent in the Scriptures and loved serving the Lord.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.D. Fish; son, Ray Vinson Barlow Jr.; grandson, Kevin Duane Barlow; four brothers: Edward Locke, Horace B. Locke Jr., Robert Locke, George Locke; three sisters: Lucille Taylor, Nina Green, Alberta Allen.

Survivors include: daughter, Natalie Carol (Carl) Heflin; two grandsons: Allen Goff, Jamie (Laura) Goff; six great-grandchildren: Reanna Goff, Randy Goff, Dixie Lynn Goff, Breanna Goff, Noah John Goff, Natalie Goff; two sisters: Sue Lackey, Reba Hailey; several nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at Wilson County Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gordon Lee officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Joseph Storehouse.
