Eric and his brother Jon and I were neighbors growing up. It saddens me to hear of his passing. It gladden me to hear of all the good he did for the young men under his watch. RIP.

So sorry to hear of Eric's passing today from his brother, Deacon Jon. We dated in high school and have always had fond memories of our time together. Glad to hear of Eric's confirmation shortly before his death. Dug out a couple of photos. Hope your life was full and happy. Jane

Our time together was short, but he always had a positive attitude. Until Valhalla brother!

I will always be grateful to Master Sergeant Anderson for the way he mentored my son as an ROTC cadet at Purdue. He shared much of his military knowledge with those cadets which proved to be valuable after commissioning. My son is an Army Major now and has referenced Master Sergeant Anderson´s words of wisdom many times in his career. I feel fortunate that time and circumstances allowed my son to train and learn under Eric´s guidance. Truly an honor and a privilege to have know him.
