Eric Hess Obituary
He was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 2004. Eric was employed as a painter at Letterkenny Army Depot and most recently he was employed at Dicks Sporting Goods as a sales associate. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and cutting wood. In his younger years Eric also achieved his Eagle Scout rank with Troop 182.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of six years, Cassie M. (Faust) Hess who he married October 10, 2015; a daughter, Lennon Rose Hess at home; three siblings, Darral Hess (Diane) of Arizona, Stacy Hess of Chambersburg and Ryan Hess of Upper Strasburg, PA; his father-in-law, Andy Faust (Wendi) of Chambersburg; mother-in-law, Lisa Fair (Micah) of Louisiana; five sisters-in-law, Kara Pittman (Jerry), Kylee Wilkerson (Damien), Maggie Faust, Emma Fair and Alexandra Fair; a brother-in-law Drew Faust; and numerous nieces and nephews who he adored.
Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2022 in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg, PA.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Wednesday evening in the funeral home as well as an hour prior to the service Thursday afternoon.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Four Diamonds at www.fourdiamonds.org.
