Eric Schnackenberg Obituary
Eric worked at Dunn Paper for 32 years and was a proud Union Representative at the paper company. He was a certified licensed mechanic and a jack of all trades. He was an admirer of Bulava Watches. Eric loved nature and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was a good-hearted man and would not hesitate to help anyone. He loved his family and friends very much.
Eric was a loving father to his sons; Zachary Smith and Sawyer Schnackenberg, sister, Anne Marie Schnackenberg, former wife and friend, Jodi Newingham, aunts and uncles, Linda Schnackenberg, Jim and Jackie Schnackenberg, Renee and Steve Lucas, Cheryl and James McArt, Mike and Lori Muldermans, special friends, Dave and Helen Andrews, and many extended family.
Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents and his step mother, Cherry Schnackenberg.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are in care of Jowett Funeral Home-Port Huron.

So sorry for your loss. Eric was a good friend and enjoyed talking with him daily. I especially liked when people would call him on the radio at work and ask where he was at. His response would always be I´m at Dunn Paper. Please keep us informed on his memorial service.

So sorry to hear of Eric;s passing. He was much to young to go at this time. he has left two boys who loved him very much. MAY HE REST IN PEACE
