Erica Nichole Tadeo, 43 years young, of Odessa, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born in Odessa, Texas on March 19, 1980 to Manuel Tadeo and Brenda Jimenez.
Erica loved music and moving to the beat, you could catch her dancing the night away or even while doing daily chores like cooking or cleaning. You could find Erica in any room of the house when she sang like no one was listening and even when she knew you were around, she kept singing. She loved life and was a very outgoing woman who remained unfiltered. Erica was not afraid to speak up and voice her opinion when she needed to. She had a sense of humor that made you laugh even when you didn't feel like it, she lightened the air. Erica was a people person, she never met a stranger. When Erica became a mother it was as if she was made for the job, her children were her world and she made sure they experienced everything that life had to offer. Erica was a very adventurous woman, when she wasn't busy at home; she enjoyed visiting the bigger cities or taking trips to El Paso with her family.
"She had such a big heart for such a small lady."
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her mother Brenda Jimenez; sons Alex Rey Madrid, Ethan Luke Fred Ruiz and Ian Ruiz; brothers Mark Anthony Jimenez and his wife Jordyn and Santiago Trevino; sisters Stephanie Gene Jimenez, Jaime Trevino, Mary Gonzalez and Jennifer Velasco; grandchildren Scarlett Skye Madrid and Connor Anthony Madrid; as well as numerous extended family members.
Visitation Services will start at 12:00 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Acres West 24 Hour Chapel in the. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at Acres West 24 Hour Chapel.
